A tip from me to you.

Oh Tuesday, you strike again. I’ve ALWAYS said that nothing good happens on a Tuesday -other than tacos-. It’s a hangover from Monday…it’s not halfway thru the work week. Not a fan… with that said, Tuesday had it for me on my way into work. Grabbed coffee and breakfast from Maverik in The Valley. Getting back to my rig, I hear what sounds like a sprinkler running, but there was no grass near. Looked down at my tire, and glaring back at me, was a nail sized hole. Had just enough air to pull to the side and do some 4am tire changing. Don’t get me wrong, I know how to change a tire, but it’s SOOO much easier with the right tools. The bottle jack that’s supplied with my rig looks like it couldn’t hold up a huffy bicycle, let alone a diesel pickup. Luckly one of our radio brothern lives close and he brought me a decent floor jack to speed up the process by holding up the beast. So my tip for you pickup truck owners…invest in a decent floor jack and a couple of blocks of pressure treated wood, and keep it in the back of your rig for cases like this. #TheMoreYouKnow
